Keep in one place everything you would otherwise have to look up again: sizes, models, codes, refills, photos of packaging and the details that matter

It helps most with the things whose useful information is printed on the packaging, the old part or the label — the one that normally goes in the bin.

Filters, cartridges, bulbs, paint, appliance parts and other consumables: save the details or a photo once, add a reminder for the replacement, and next time everything you need is already to hand.

Air filter size

The old filter goes in the bin along with the only clue to its size. A few months later all that is left is guessing: 20×20×1 or 20×25×1.

Water filters

With a water filter two things matter: which cartridge fits, and when it was last changed. The filter can look perfectly fine even once the next change is already due.

Vacuum bags

Vacuum bags have their own codes, sizes and compatibility, and the right one is not always easy to work out from the name of the vacuum itself.

Light bulbs

A bulb is more than a shape and a fitting. Colour temperature, wattage, brightness and whether it can be dimmed all matter. Get one of them wrong and the light in the room is a different light.

Household supplies

Filters, dishwasher tablets, bags, cartridges and other refills are usually remembered only once the last one has gone.
